Yoga event with Camsel yoga | 26 mars
Welcome to a day of yoga by the sea!
We start with a short mingle and prepare for a yoga session that lasts about 1.5 hours. The session focuses on you, your breath and the flow of your body.
After yoga, lunch will be awaiting in our restaurant, followed by coffee and cake. If the weather permits, you can enjoy your coffee right by the sea.
After lunch, we continue in the yoga room with a long and calming yin yoga with focus on body, connective tissue, soul and mind. Afterwards, we welcome you to our spa.
All of this is included:
– 2 yoga sessions approx. 1.5 hours / session.
– Lunch with coffee + cake
– 3 hours spa
– Water bottle
– Yoga mat and accessories if you have them. (Bolster, carpet, blanket, bands etc are available on site for loan if you don’t have any)
– Workout clothes
– Nice socks & sweater for relaxation

Yoga is relaxing and provides strength and mobility throughout the body. You do the best you can, it doesn’t have to be harder than that. Yoga also offers personal time for reflection, mind and presence.
