Parking and Communications: Hotel parking is reserved for resident guests. For non-resident guests, we refer to nearby car parks, Stenungsunds Torg (EasyPark), Nösnäs Arenan or the shuttle car park. We encourage you to take public transport as buses go to the Nösnäs, Solgården or Stenungsön stop. The nearest bus stop is “Stenungsön”, located right outside the hotel.
Mooring: There are a limited number of berths and they must be booked in advance. Book a place by emailing: bokning@aquaevent.se. State name of skipper and boat, mobile phone number, model, length and width and number of people on the boat. Please note that everyone on the boat must have a concert ticket. Harbor fee SEK 500/boat.
Accessibility: There is disabled parking at the hotel. People with disabilities enter through the reception and hotel elevators. Due to evacuation reasons, wheelchairs can only be parked in designated wheelchair spaces reserved for those who have purchased a wheelchair ticket (limited number and booked on a separate hcp ticket). A companion joins for free on the same hcp ticket.
Tickets: Everyone must have a valid ticket to enter the concert area. Be prepared by downloading your ticket so that your QR code is available at the entrance as internet connection may be limited. Your tickets are saved at nortic.se, log in with the email address you used when purchasing. The ticket cannot be cancelled. The ticket only gives access to the event once.
Food & Drink: There will be food sales and alcohol serving in the concert area. Restaurant Kookaburra has simpler menu & drink sales. You may not bring food/drink into the concert area!
Information prior to your visit: Umbrellas, glass bottles, cans, thermoses, metal cutlery, grills, fireworks and items that could harm others may not be brought into the concert area. Pets are left at home and so are prams. We also want to draw your attention to the fact that it is not possible to bring your own chairs into the area. The customer is responsible for checking that the event has not been canceled or moved. Visitation takes place on admission. By entering our arena, you agree to be searched.
Age limit: 18 years, okay with 13 years if in company with a guardian! Not ok for younger people due to the Environmental and Health Protection Board’s requirements for noise levels. Remember that everyone needs a valid ticket.
The concert area & restaurant are cashless!
Nightclub: Entrance SEK 250 including wardrobe. Open until 02:00. Age limit 21 years.
