Our summer restaurant Kookaburra sits right on the water, with great views of salty Hakefjord.
Known as K.B. to regulars, it’s been a go-to spot for sun lovers and foodies for as long as we can remember. The name comes from Kookaburra III, the Australian yacht raced by Iain Murray in the 1987 America’s Cup.

Today, Kookaburra is a symbol of summer – long, light evenings and good times with friends.
