Morning mindfulness & yoga | 21st of May
The day begins with a mindfulness exercise followed by a relaxing yoga session. After the session fika is served from the hotel’s unique raw food bar. Afterwards, we will go to the sauna and alternate sauna sitting, mindfulness practice and cold baths. At this point, we will be very tender in both body and mind and can therefore get the maximum effect at the last mindfulness exercise.
Do you want to extend a lovely day by the sea? Then you can add spa entrance and a delicious lunch buffet.

09:00 – 09:30 – Welcome + Cocoa drink
09:30 – 10:00 – Mindfulness practice – breathing (using chairs)
10:05 – 11:00 – Hatha Yoga Flow (heart opening)
11:00 – 11:30 – Fika
11:30 – 11:50 – Mindfulness practice – body scan 1 + aromatherapy
11:50 -12:00 – Cold bath
12:00 – 12:30 – Mindfulness practice – body scan 2 and closure + aromatherapy

Albin Hagberg Medin

Albin is former physicist from Chalmers who retrained as a behavioral scientist and founded the company ModernMindfulness.se in 2013. He has held retreats, courses and lectures on mindfulness and mental health for ten years. In addition to mindfulness, he has a great passion for the issue of peace – in 2016 he completed a 400-mile peace walk through Europe. In 2021, he visited the Huni Kuin indigenous people in the Brazilian Amazon as part of an intercultural collaboration. Now he has moved to Orust and is current as an author with his adventure novel Drömsamlaren.
