Our villa is conveniently equipped with bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom so it is perfect for those who want to meet in an undisturbed, calm and relaxed environment. Villa JC Stevens is named after the founder of America’s Cup, New York Yacht Club Commander John Cox Stevens. Villa JC Stevens on Stenungsön has timeless charm with endless possibilities.

The Villa is furnished in classical, elegant New England-style. Here you will find a library, private dining/conference room with a marine environment. There is room for 14 guests to spend the night, each in their own uniquely decorated room. And everything is all-inclusive, from breakfast to dinner and everything inbetween. Of course lunch, snacks and an open bar are included. Simply because we believe that the best way to socialise with friends or colleagues is in a relaxing environment. Just like home. This idea was so appealing to the jury of The European Hotel Design Award, that Villa JC Stevens won the prize for best meeting and conference facility in Europe 2008.

RELAXED ACCOMMODATION FOR UP TO 14 PERSONS

Each of the twelve guest room is dedicated to victorious America’s cup competitors, individual colourized and designed from the winning boats, for example Colombia, Black Magic and Defender. The library is named after the Swedish Americas Cup Challenger from 1992, Tre Kronor. Villa JC Stevens offers you an exclusive sailing historical atmosphere. And maybe a glimpse of what might have been the home of John Cox Stevens.

12 personer including fullboard from 38.760 SEK (32.610 SEK excl VAT)/day.
The price includes accommodation for 12 people, breakfast and dinner with your own chef in the villa and entrance to the Bluewater spa.

For those who want to challenge themselves, or each other, or to build team spirit, or simply to burn off energy, we have some forty activities to choose from. A few are purely physical; others test your grey cells or your ability to work as part of a group. Common to all of them is that they usually lead to infectious laughter.

As a conference guest, you will be served breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared with locally grown and seasonal ingredients. During the conference, we serve our popular Swedish fika with organic coffee and homemade biscuits, providing you with energy that lasts all day.
