Over the course of four half-day sessions, we will help you step back, reflect on your lifestyle, and explore what truly matters to you—both physically and mentally. By focusing on mind, body, and soul, we’ll work together to create a path toward a more meaningful and balanced life.

Here’s what the program looks like:

  • Mind – Thought-provoking lectures that introduce new perspectives and provide tools to push your boundaries.
  • Body – Physical activities designed to boost self-awareness and foster healthy habits.
  • Relaxation – Time to unwind and reflect in our spa, where you can absorb the day’s insights in peace.

This three-step approach offers you the chance to make lasting changes, addressing both your external goals and internal needs, while setting meaningful intentions for the future.

Since November is Men’s Health Awareness Month, we’re giving special focus to this program during this time, but it’s open to anyone looking to invest in their personal growth and well-being.

Dates: Four Fridays in November (8, 15, 22, 29) Each session includes a lecture, physical activity, and spa time, running from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

You can choose to attend individual sessions, but we highly recommend signing up for the full course to get the most out of it. As a bonus, those who enroll for all four days receive a 10% discount.
