The notion that time is passing by faster than ever seems to be building a sense of urgency into us, a feeling that we can’t manage to get it all done with the time we have available. Because of this now or never feeling, anxiety, depression and general life insatisfaction are on the top of our complaints of modern life.

 

SCHEDULE

  • Hatha Yoga Flow  |  11:00 – 12:15
    A series of yogasanas and pranayamas exercises to losen up the nots in the body, expand the breathing capacity and get the energy flowing.
  • Brunch  |  12:30 – 13:45
    An amazing experience with live music and a relaxed atmosphere
  • Mindfulness meditation  |  14:00 – 15:00
    A deep approach on the realms of the mind to improve mental clarity and detachment from the daily chatty mind
  • Basturitual med kallt dopp i havet  |  15:30 – 16:00
    With a cold dip in the ocean, together with aromatherapy and acupressure points techniques, you will reset your hormonal balance and renew the body’s energy in this fun experience.

In this event, we will guide you in different sessions to work on your 3 levels of self:

  • Energy
  • Mind
  • Body

 

From the most subtle to the denser layers of oneself, you will learn how to cleansen, balance and restore your entire system in simple but very effective ways.
The event is on a Sunday, from 11h to 16h, with a delightful brunch in between sessions. Pack your bathing suit since you will be invited to a sauna x cold bath adventure. Everyone is welcome, no matter the level of knowledge in yoga or mindfulness.
