In the new menu of Stenungsbaden, our main focus has been the old-school craftsmanship. Real cooking from scratch, and with heart. It’s in this spirit we have created a mix of classic west coast cooking, that blends perfectly with the tastiest of the french sauces. Add to this mix, some south-european minimalism, and what you are invited to taste is something that is both simple and complex. We haven’t been focusing on innovation. Our focus has been to enhance all the beautiful flavours, all the way through. A menu that we ourselves would like to eat and cook, every day of the week. To put it simple, it is food that taste great and that we look forward to cook for you.
