Spring Renewal
Winter often leaves us feeling stiff, both in body and mind. It’s a season for turning inward, resting, and protecting our inner light. But as spring arrives, nature calls us to shift our energy outward and awaken our senses once again.
Our 3rd edition of Yoga Mindfulness Day is specially curated to help you shed your “winter coat” and tune into the creative power of spring. Together, we will breathe out the winter stillness and breathe in fresh, new energy.
Using ancient techniques from Hatha and Kriya Yoga, we will set intentions for the season ahead while honoring the transition from winter to spring. Through mindfulness, breathwork (pranayama), and moving meditation (asanas), we will balance the nervous system and awaken your inner light.
To complete your journey, we’ll enjoy our Signature Wellness Fika with nourishing snacks and herbal tea, followed by a guided Spa Detox adventure. Experience floating meditation, ayurvedic foot baths, and aromatherapy—a true awakening for the soul.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience. Come as you are, and let’s plant the seeds of joy together in the fertile soil of our hearts.
The Program

13:30 – 15:30: Mindfulness, Hatha, and Kriya Yoga

15:30 – 16:00: Wellness Fika (Healthy snacks & tea)

16:00 – 17:30: Spa Detox Session (Floating meditation, aromatherapy, cupping, and cold plunges)

17:30 – 18:00: Closing Ceremony with flowers by the ocean

Priscilla Lêite Yoga Ambassador & Holistic Wellness Coordinator
With roots in Brazil and a heart in Sweden, Priscilla brings a deep background in Vedic philosophy, shamanic practices, and meditation. Her mission is to share the power of inner awareness as a gateway to a balanced, healthier, and happier life.
